Online Terms

The following terms govern the procurement and use of RAYMOND^® Intelligent Warehouse Solutions when the customer and contracting Solutions and Support Center are not parties to a written agreement explicitly governing the customer’s procurement and use of the particular Intelligent Warehouse Solution as of the order date. For terms effective before the Last Updated date or if you do not see the terms you need, please contact the contracting Solutions and Support Center.

Please note: If you are a customer and would like to make edits to these terms for purposes of your product orders, please contact your Solutions and Support Center for an editable copy of the Master Agreement – Intelligent Warehouse Solutions. Redlines to these online terms will not be entertained.
