The Raymond Corporation honored its top-performing dealer partners, its Solutions and Support Centers, with the Dealer of Distinction award at the recent Dealer Management Meeting.
GREENE, N.Y. — The Raymond Corporation honored its top-performing dealer partners, its Solutions and Support Centers, with the Dealer of Distinction award at the recent Dealer Management Meeting.
The Dealer of Distinction (DOD) program has been in effect for 30 years. Raymond created the program to follow metrics that are insightful to its business enterprise, aligning where possible with the Raymond Annual Operating Plan. With this objective in mind, the measurements in specific areas of operation will help drive the continuous improvement, success and growth of the Raymond Solutions and Support Centers.
Raymond will name dealers attaining the highest scores in evaluation DOD for the year of the evaluation and will award dealers achieving acceptable scores of the next highest level Dealer of Merit status (DOM). Dealers who do not reach DOM status will receive no recognition award.
By recognizing dealerships for their excellence, Raymond is showcasing its commitment to fostering a culture of excellence within its network of dealerships, promoting growth and success for all involved.
