The Raymond Corporation introduces Raymond Asset Protection™,* a revolutionary approach to lift truck asset protection that starts with the industry’s most comprehensive standard warranty. The program then enhances lift truck protection by enabling facility managers to select the service coverage that fits their fleets to optimize uptime while locking in affordable, predictable service costs.

“Raymond Asset Protection is a critical element of Raymond’s CustomCare™ approach, which is designed to optimize warehouses by delivering reliability, maximum productivity and lower operating costs through our nationwide network of Solutions and Support Centers,” says Jim O’Brien, vice president of integrated customer solutions for Raymond. “Raymond Asset Protection allows warehouses and distribution centers to

Through the Raymond Asset Protection program, new trucks are backed by Standard Warranty Coverage, which includes fork-to-bumper protection for the first year. Powertrain protection is provided for the subsequent two years up to a maximum of 3,000 hours.

Beyond the Standard level, companies can choose from three levels of added protection: Scheduled Service, Comprehensive Service and Optimal Service.

Scheduled Service includes essential inspections and maintenance recommended by Raymond and executed by an authorized Solutions and Support Center. The Solutions and Support Center performs inspections and maintenance at specified intervals to minimize major mechanical issues before they occur.


Comprehensive Service offers complete, expert service for every part of a lift truck — including scheduled maintenance, parts and labor — at a fixed monthly cost.


Optimal Service is designed specifically to meet a business’ needs.
