Reach-Fork Trucks

Reach fork trucks are narrow aisle forklifts designed for high-density warehouse storage. They move pallets vertically and horizontally in tight spaces, often in narrow aisles, to increase storage density while maintaining efficient pallet handling and maximizing cubic utilization in distribution and manufacturing facilities.

Reach trucks are best for high-density narrow aisle storage, distribution centers, third-party logistics operations, food and beverage facilities, cold storage environments, manufacturing warehouses, retail distribution, and temperature-controlled facilities where maximizing vertical storage within an existing footprint is a critical operational priority.

Raymond reach trucks generally range from 3,200 to 4,500 lbs. depending on model and application requirements. The High Capacity Reach series can lift up to 4,500 lbs., while Deep-Reach configurations handle 2,000 lbs. loads to 505 inches, providing versatile capacity options for diverse warehouse applications.

Lift heights vary by model and configuration, with maximum lift heights ranging from approximately 270 inches to 542 inches. The 7530 High Capacity Reach Truck and Deep-Reach models provide the highest lift capabilities, enabling efficient vertical space utilization while maintaining stability and operator safety throughout operations.
