iWarehouse

iWarehouse

You’ve seen decades of innovations from Raymond — but none quite like this. Our iWarehouse™ fleet optimization system feeds you real-time lift truck information that you can use to drive better business performance and compete to win in global markets. Imagine a constant data flow that helps you:

  • Get more production from your operators and technicians — whose labor accounts for up to 80 percent of lift truck costs.
  • Diagnose potential truck issues remotely.
  • Reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Benchmark performance across sites and develop best practices.
  • Optimize lift truck capital and maintenance costs.
  • Move product more efficiently and profitably than ever.
iWarehouse

The iWarehouse solution is so open and flexible — and so simple — that it could only come from Raymond. We take data straight from each truck’s electronic vehicle manager and collect it by way of an open-standard wireless communications network, with no special wireless infrastructure to install, support and service. The communications system is enabled through an exclusive relationship with ShockWatch®, the industry leader since 1976 in usage monitoring and impact detection in the handling of goods across a full range of industries. Shockwatch Logo With iWarehouse enabled trucks you can receive information about your fleet and your operators— and even send them some instructions — from the comfort of your office.

iPort

Comparison

Your gateway to business intelligence

Your iWarehouse data flows through the iPort connection, a simple, dependable pathway that ensures data continuity, accuracy and integrity. There’s no “octopus” of up to a dozen wires with sensors, switches and connectors — each component a potential point of failure.

iWarehouse Instead, a single connector plugs into the truck’s digital vehicle manager, the electronic brain that monitors and controls multiple truck functions. This open-architecture, plug-and-play system allows warehouse managers to access critical information via a custom Web portal to generate reports and benchmark lift truck and operator productivity; diagnose potential truck issues remotely; reduce the risk of impacts; and optimize lift truck capital and maintenance costs.

iAlert

iAlert™

Constantly monitor your fleet’s health.

This tool, exclusively from Raymond, lets your trucks tell you when something is wrong. At the early onset of trouble, the truck generates an alert code that is time-stamped, and tied to the truck serial number, hour-meter reading and battery state of charge. The system then sends the alert code in an e-mail or a text message to your Raymond or in-house service technician, who uses the information to diagnose remotely.

Your technician arrives with all necessary tools and parts, and typically fixes the trouble on the first attempt — before the truck sees extended downtime. You also can use iAlert to monitor hour-meter readings remotely, schedule maintenance at the optimum times while trucks are off-shift and keep downtime to a minimum.

iControl

iControl

Adjust truck performance to fit your operators.

You can adjust travel speed, lift speed and acceleration for operators’ skill. Enter operator profiles just once on the iWarehouse central server. The correct profile then downloads to the truck automatically as soon as the operator signs on for a shift. You don’t have to visit each truck and make on-dashboard adjustments. You can update operators’ profiles as they advance in training and experience. iControl helps you track license renewals to make sure operators’ credentials are current. You also can “lock out” operators from driving a type of truck for which they are not yet certified.

iImpact

iImpact

Detect lift truck incidents immediately

Now you know right away if a lift truck strikes a wall, a rack or another vehicle. A sensor detects the impact, and the iWarehouse system automatically sends an e-mail or text message to a responsible party you choose. You can program the system to limit the truck’s travel speed after the event. When operators know any incident will be reported, they tend to drive more carefully.

iMetrics

iMetrics

Deploy your fleet to achieve its full potential.

Deploy your fleet to achieve its full potential. Are your operators making the best use of your fleet? Do you need fewer trucks? Or different models? iMetrics can help you find answers. You can monitor critical parameters like run time, deadman time, travel time and lift time, and get valuable clues to how trucks are being used. For example, high travel and low lift time may indicate a Reach-Fork® truck being used for jobs a less costly pallet truck could do. The data also can help you:

  • Compare operators’ efficiency within a site and across your enterprise.
  • Compare distribution centers to each other.
  • Adjust truck utilization to better balance workload throughout the day.
  • Right-size your fleet and make better-informed truck purchase decisions.

iVerify

iVerify

Ensure completion of vital daily inspections.

Set up your trucks so each licensed operator must complete a daily inspection checklist at the start of the shift. You can program the checklist questions according to priority: For failure on critical items (brakes inoperative, oil leak), keep the truck from starting; for failure on noncritical items (tire worn, dashboard light out), send an automatic e-mail or text message notice to maintenance for follow-up.

iVerify also records and stores inspections with the date and time-stamp as well as operator’s name — extremely valuable for OSHA compliance.

iTrack

Simplify maintenance and service and track costs accurately

iTrackYou can complement the iWarehouse wireless tools with a personalized Web portal linked to the Raymond data warehouse. Track parts and labor by truck serial number. Receive just one invoice for all parts and labor costs covering all your locations. Then generate custom reports that show where you can save time, improve maintenance and cut costs across your enterprise. Vital information — best-practice presentations, special warranties, truck specifications, contact information and more — is also right there.

iTrack

To help manage a smaller fleet, you can install iTrack management software on your own server. Then, as your business grows, you can upgrade to the web-based application, while preserving your historic data.
