Dave Norton serves as the vice president of corporate quality & customer care, overseeing quality assurance, quality control, program management, warranty administration, product reliability, technical publications, data governance, dealer training and field service. Norton previously served as the vice president of Customer solutions and director of product, custom and manufacturing engineering at The Raymond Corporation. 

Norton has worked in multiple engineering positions during his twenty-five years with Raymond including in design and product engineering, program management, engineering management and product engineering management.

Norton is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology. He is a member of the Industrial Truck Association’s General Engineering Committee and serves on multiple committees with the organization, including its B56 Standards committees.
