By placing this order, you are representing that you have the authority to place this order on behalf of your company.

By accepting the terms and conditions of this transaction, you are also confirming your acceptance of the limited, exclusive warranty set forth in the "Raymond Ready Used Lift Truck Warranty Policy" which governs this transaction.
