Each dealer is equipped with a fleet of mobile service vans – over 1,400 nationwide. Each van is outfitted with state of the art diagnostic equipment designed to interface with your Raymond products. And, dealer service dispatch centers are there to expedite the problem solving process.
Raymond Service Technicians are the best-qualified and best-trained technicians in the industry. Each Service Technician is required to undergo 40 hours of on-the-job and classroom training within the first year and ongoing training averages 30 hours each year. All Service Technicians are supported by a Dealer’s staff of Technical Advisers and by Raymond’s factory Field Service team.
