Raymond Ready Pre-Owned Lift Trucks

Warranty: Your pre-owned Raymond truck is warranted against defects in material and workmanship on major and minor components as well as wearable components for a period of 30 days after delivery. All pre-owned Raymond trucks are put through a 20 point quality assurance process:

  1. General: All units externally cleaned and checked for structural integrity.
  2. Drive Units: Inspected for proper operation and leaks. Repaired as necessary.
  3. Caster Assembly: Inspected for proper operation and damage. Repaired/adjusted as necessary.
  4. Motors: Tested for proper grounds and brush wear. Repaired as necessary.
  5. Hydraulic Pumps: Inspected for leaks. Rebuilt or replaced as necessary.
  6. Valves: Inspected for leaks and operation. Resealed as necessary.
  7. Hose Assemblies: Inspected for leaks and damage and replaced as necessary. Some external cracks/checks are acceptable.
  8. Electrical Panels: Visually inspected for corrosion, wear, Repaired as necessary.
  9. All Electrical connections Checked to insure a good tight connection.
  10. Wire harnesses Checked for wear and damage and repaired as necessary.
  11. Controller: Tested for proper operation and repaired as necessary.
  12. Mast Assemblies: Inspected for physical damage and wear. Mast is repaired and reshimmed as necessary. Lift rams are inspected for chrome damage and leaks. Cylinders are repaired and repacked as necessary.
  13. Brake System: Tested for safe operation. Components are rebuilt or replaced as necessary.
  14. Steering Checked to assure smooth operation and no loose parts.
  15. Wheels and Tires: Inspected for wear and serviceability and replaced where necessary. Some wear and small abrasions are acceptable.
  16. All moving parts Lubricated as appropriate.
  17. Paint: Unit is externally detailed or painted as necessary.
  18. Inspection/Testing: The truck is operationally tested under load conditions to assure proper operation of all controls and functions.
  19. All trucks Reset to factory default operating parameters before shipping.
  20. Our standard scheduled maintenance work order is used as the technician's guide during this process
