Not only should training provide the knowledge your technicians and mechanics need, getting it should be easy and convenient. That’s why we offer you three options: training at Raymond headquarters; field schools delivered at your facility on your schedule; or training at your local Raymond Dealership!
At Raymond Headquarters
Raymond technical training is held at our 8,000 square foot training facility located in the heart of our manufacturing area. With state-of the art classrooms and a hands-on truck lab, you can expect that your staff will recieve training that is comprehensive and effective, designed and delivered by Raymond factory personnel.
On-site training at your facility
If your business needs make it difficult to send your employees away for training for any length of time, we provide the option of on-site field schools.
Field schools are designed around your specific needs and schedule, allowing you maximum flexibility. Whether you have one, two, three, or more models of Raymond equipment, we can accommodate your needs.
Dealer based training
A third alternative is to attend training locally at your Raymond Dealership. Many of our Dealers offer a variety of customer training programs at their facilities. Training classes range from operator training to truck maintenance.
Every Raymond or Raymond dealer instructor has been trained to factory standards by our highly experienced technical instructors. Each instructor is skilled in adult education techniques and serves on product teams to maintain their level of product knowledge. Each year instructors are provided with additional professional training. Raymond can even train your instructors using the same Safety on the Move train-the-trainer program we use to train Dealer instructors.
